Electric Screwdriver (First hardware project)
This project is an end-to-end hardware build: I designed the entire mechanical housing in 3D CAD software and fabricated it on a 3D printer. Every component — from the motor mount to the trigger mechanism — was engineered to fit together precisely.
The electronics include a custom motor driver circuit, a DPDT switch, and a rechargeable battery system.
This build demonstrates the full hardware development cycle: concept → 3D design → electronics design → assembled product.
